It’s all about expectations.. and they far exceeded mine. Host was very responsive, flexible, and pleasant. We booked last minute, but they stayed in close contact and got us in pronto. The home was spacious, well-stocked, and private, and our family loved all the things to do. We will definitely be returning!

Narrowsburg is such a quaint, cute, and friendly town—perfect for a relaxing getaway! Plamena was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The home itself is cozy and well-appointed, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking. The fireplace was such a treat—be sure to grab firewood from Pete’s! The location is ideal; we loved being able to walk to Main Street and explore the charming shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were top quality, making for a restful night’s sleep. A special highlight was watching the deer wander through the backyard—it was such a peaceful and beautiful sight. Highly recommend this stay! Would absolutely return.

Christopher and Heidi's place was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone- it was clean, easy check in, and all around great to stay in. They were very proactive hosts, and sent all information ahead of time.

My experience was beyond amazing. Nikki was thoughtful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Situated in a beautiful area of Lake Ariel, the house had everything and more in terms of amenities. I would recommend this house to any and everyone looking for a fun and peaceful trip to Lake Ariel!

Wonderful host. Very clear and respectful-and in our case helped us out beautifully in a pinch. The house is very comfortable—a classic farmhouse with plenty of amenities. The record player/vinyl collection is an added bonus. The word burning stove and the dayroom it is in is a great room to lounge in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the surrounding area is very quiet and quite pretty-wonderful hemlock groves across the main road down the hill. Not far from Livingston manor and other small nice towns. Definitely would recommend and would be happy to return. Ideal for a small group getaway. And also, though it is close to a decent sized road, in the winter when we were there for 3 nights-maybe a half dozen cars. Extremely quiet in general and at night specifically.

We had the most beautiful Easter weekend at this lovely Airbnb in the Poconos! The house was cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. From the peaceful mountain views to the charming decor, every detail made our stay feel special and relaxing. A big thank you to Magdalena for her awesome service—she was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time with family. We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. My husband and I ended up here on an extended stay and we could not have been happier! This is the coziest little garden apartment with gorgeous windows, a kitchen where we comfortably cooked elaborate meals, and possibly the most luxurious shower I’ve ever used. It’s also easy walking distance from Warwick’s charming Main Street. Patrick was an incredibly hospitable and attentive host who helped us several times and made sure we were so happy here. This really would be a perfect place for any couple that needs a romantic getaway from NYC, so sweet and lovely here. Thanks Patrick!!

Sarah's loft was exactly as described. Parking was handy and the space felt safe. We were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant as well as a nice walking path near the river. We definitely recommend this loft, especially for couples.

The place was just as listed!. Parking garage was great, elevator directly to the room, room was clean, overall very easy process and great communication. Can’t ask for much more! Great stay.

Our family's stay was wonderful. The house had space for our family of 4 plus our kid's 2 friends and pur dog. The house provided multiple options of water vessels, so we went row boating, kayaking and peddle boating. We woke up to the beautiful lake each morning, had coffee of the dock while being greeted by the geese. The kitchen had wverything we needed to feed 6 people. The garage was another space for the kids to play in at night. We are looking forward to future visits, especially in warmer weather.

I would highly recommend Edward's 5 star home. I had a group of 18 people for a retreat. A beautiful, quiet, relaxing home with all of the accommodations that was a hit, the hot tub, sauna, double stoves, big open concept areas that we all be together, game room, outside seating, private pond and grill. The bedrooms were large and very spacious. Edward described the home perfectly. The house was very clean. Edward gave us great instructions and he let me know that he was available, if needed. We will definitely try to get his place next year and would highly recommend to everyone.

We had an incredible stay at this home! It exceeded all of our expectations—super cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The detailed scan instructions made everything so easy. The kids absolutely loved the movie room, complete with a popcorn machine, cotton candy, and snow cone maker! The hot tub was ready to go, and the master bedroom was exceptional. My mother-in-law even mentioned that she wishes we could come back every month. Kevin was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

My family and friends stayed at Vikas place during Easter weekend and we loved the house. It was very clean, well organized, quite and has everything you expect and some more! Kids loved the hottub, firepit, game room, Nex playground game system (now they want one 😃), and adults were able to relax, catch up and join the fun too. Vikas is very helpful and responsive and we'll definitely recommend it to our friends and family! Looking forward to staying at Vikas place again in the near future!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

The house was perfect for our retreat — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful garden. The yoga room is fantastic and made a big difference for our group. We highly recommend it! Just one small note: be mindful with noise, as the neighbors are quite close. Other than that, everything was truly ideal for our retreat.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.
