Our apartment named Breithorn is modern, cosy and family friendly. It is located in the world famous Lauterbrunnen valley just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the Jungfrau UNESCO world heritage. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. The apartment has 55 sqmeters floorspace. From the big terrasse, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the swiss mountains.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.

From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.
