Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, garfish and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. Tiny Søhøj er en lille hytte, der står midt i Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Du har hytten for dig selv, der er et lille køkken, spiseplads og dobbeltseng. Der kan stilles en gæsteseng op, hvis I vil have en ekstra seng. Du kan se solen stå op over Østenbjerg og nyde den smukke udsigt over marker, enge og skoven. Her er havørne og ugler, frøer, der kvækker i mosen, nattergale i buskadserne på engen, og gøgen der kukker. Der er toilet og bad i en seperat bygning, og det deles med andre.

Take the fishing rod and waders with you and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to town and shop, it is 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
