We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
