Das Apartment liegt ruhig und zentrumsah. Jena ist im schönen Saaletal gelegen, was bedeuten, dass der Wohnraum im Tal begrenzt ist. Unser Haus liegt eben NICHT im Zentrum sondern unterhalb des Landgrafen eines der Berge, die Jena umgeben. Wir wohnen im Villenviertel, unterhalb des Landgrafen gelegen, also auf einer Anhöhung. Bitte gerade bei einer Buchung mit Kindern oder Personen, die nicht gerne laufen, berücksichtigen! Die Wohnung ist ca 100 qm groß und auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Es gibt Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, Doppelbett und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. In der oberen Etage gibt es 2 Doppelbetten. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirr. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche,Badewanne und Fußbodenheizung.

With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Jenny's second apartment - City oasis

On the outskirts of Naumburg in the middle of the beautiful Saale Valley, I offer guests three apartments, all of which are in one house. (Ideal for larger groups of up to 15 guests). Here you can book apartment 2. This is in the house on the second floor. There is room for up to four guests in this apartment. (2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen and bathroom - just for your travel group) In the courtyard there is a cozy wooden hut for larger groups, a barbecue and lockable rooms for your bikes.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Traber Apartments: Luxurious Central Balcony

About 1000 meters and you are at Augustusplatz: it does not get much more central! The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a side street (quiet) in the Graphisches Viertel. It has a new kitchen, a new bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with king-size bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a parking space in the underground garage & elevator, completely darkenable shutters & a covered balcony facing west, which invites you to relax especially on sunny days.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars laden herzlich ein - vor oder nach einem der beliebten Konzerte und Sportveranstaltungen, die nur wenige Gehminuten vom arena guest apartment entfernt stattfinden.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Small separate apartment above the garage

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
