Apartment with garden in Eslida

Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

El Molino: A cozy house in the middle of nature

Old wheat mill in Navajas. 50 minutes from Valencia and Castellón and 30 minutes from the beach, it is an ideal stay to spend a few days as a couple or as a family. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room and a cozy living room. It has a nice patio with a lounging area and barbecue. Located a ten-minute walk from the natural area of Salto de la Novia (free admission), a few meters from the V.V. de Ojos Negros, the municipal pool and the village.

Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

Rustic house located in Lucena del Cid (Peñagolosa natural park), terrace, pool, barbecue and river to bathe 10 min. walk.(90 meters from house and 400 meters garden.). You can bring your pets ,if it weighs up to 10kilos, it's 20 euros per stay. If you are a family with minor children, we do not charge a supplement. On June 15, the pool is opened and 15 September is closed; you can not use the barbecue from June 1 until September 15 for the risk of fire,it is a natural place.

Casa Beata is a rustic house more than 100 years old that shows in essence how our great-grandparents lived. Use it to be able to say: "I'm going to the village" and feel and live it. Jérica is the village we love because it has everything. If you want to party, you only have to go down to the avenue of bars. If you want to cool off 700 m away you have the swimming pools and/or the river. If you want to go for a walk or cycle there are countless routes and the green way...

La Casa de Piedra, a window to paradise

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.
