Located just 25 minutes from the lake and the center of Annecy, and 35 from the ski resorts, it is an ideal place for a perfect vacation. The chalet is equipped with a jacuzzi and a fireplace, combining comfort and relaxation in an enchanting natural setting.

The house is located in the heart of the woods in the forest of Mont Veyrier, 3 km from the lake and Annecy. It is our main home. July August booking only possible from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bed 140 and 3 beds 90 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed, open from June to September and replaced by a mezzanine with 2 single mattresses upstairs. Linens and towels are not provided. Check-in: 4:30 p.m. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.

Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

At the foot of Parmelan, the Altitude 650 chalet offers an ideal location between Lake Annecy (10 min) and the Aravis/Glières Plateau (30 min). The pool is heated from May to September. Guests can enjoy the hot tub and petanque court year-round. You can store your ski/bike equipment in the garage You can share a raclette/fondue with your group and enjoy board games. Come and relax in this unique and quiet authentic little chalet with stunning views of the mountains in a green setting near Annecy and the Aravis resorts. Independent gîte on two levels, 36 m² on the ground in a comfortable wooden chalet. Located on 850 m2 of land, close to forests, pastures, at the foot of the Parmelan and marked trails for hiking. 2 electric heaters, 1 pellet stove. Sheets included. Towels 8 euros/person

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
