Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Neahkahnie Beach

Our stay at Riad and Amy's place was amazing. The house was clean, has great amenities and was well-stocked with everything we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

lovely home, loved the big bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. there is alot of stairs which after a long day of walking kinds tucked but loved that I was separate from the other bedrooms. kitchen had everything you would need, including some spices in the cupboard. lots of games, flash lights and binoculars which I thought was great. Instructions say to put recycling in the garage, sadly as soon as you open the door you do smell alot alot of chemicals. she does let you know about ants so we just made sure to clean up every time we ate and were very careful but still there were ants through out the house. I am not sure about the beds down stairs but up stairs bed is firm which was fine first night but I have horrible back issues so I didn't sleep well the rest of my stay, but honestly I did love the place so I would stay again :). She provides laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods. would have loved to have had coffee, but for the price can't beat it. Will be back

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. We really enjoyed our stay at the Rusty Crab. The house was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked and appointed. Everything was clean and felt well cared for. We would love to stay here again!

This place is amazing! It was just two of us on this trip so we had more room than we needed but felt like it was the perfect place for our visit to the Astoria area. We are already thinking about who to bring with us next time and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Nate was very responsive and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. We will recommend this to friends and family traveling to the area and will be back again in the future. If it was possible, I’d give this 6 Stars!

My family and I booked this spot for an annual grief retreat to celebrate our late daughter's 5th birthday. Our entire group (6 separate families) enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the games and toys, the single people enjoyed the firepit and hot tub, and the parents enjoyed how well stocked this home was. Everything you'd need was in place! Not to mention the quick walk to the beautiful beach. Best part by far. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

Sarah’s place was squeaky clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot for a weekend away at the coast with friends. Her house was exactly as described with and the photos matched perfectly. Less than a 5 minute drive into Oceanside where you can access the beach and stop at one of the cute cafes for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. 10/10 would 100% stay here again.

It's a lovely apartment with lots of space, a view out to the river, and spacious bedrooms. Communication was great. Walking distance from coffee and the maritime museum. I recommend this rental!

Very clean Had a great guest book on all in/out instructions, use of appliances and tv. Plus places to go in the area. We have a Airbnb and would like to create one for ours. Great ideas and very helpful

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Incredible place! Views of the town and the Columbia River. Feels like a genuine home but also like a classic b&b. Easy to walk into town, host was responsive, bathroom was excellent.

Allison’s house was an absolute gem. Check in was easy and Allison was a great host. The house was clean. The view is beautiful! We will be going back!

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

Was just what we needed! Comfortable bed and a great view! (I will point out that if you have mobility issues, it’s difficult to get on the beach. Lots of stairs) If you enjoy cooking, this probably isn’t the place for you. We don’t, so it was perfect;)

Almost out of town, which made it very peaceful. Great eateries within a few miles. Try Grumpy's for a great breakfast but if you order the #1 be prepared to eat for a couple days. The pancakes were so big I would have had to start a week earlier to finish them. Loved the place, everything you could need that you might have left at home, was available. I've stayed at five star hotels that weren't this nice. I kept waiting for someone to come say it was time for my massage.

It’s a beautiful condo with an incredible view! The condo is very well stocked with all you might need, and very clean. Christy was a great communicator, and had recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Check-in was easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views of the ocean! The public access was steps away from this location. We had a overcast weekend but it didn’t affect our stay because of the natural light and amazing views. Bedrooms were clean and the full kitchen was a plus. Everything you needed to cook some meals was there. The reserve parking spot was also nice! Everywhere we drove seemed to be 7min away! We were fortunate to be allowed early access to the location. I’d highly recommend staying here. We looked at other places with comparable prices further from the ocean but nothing beats the ability to walk to the condo in a few minutes because you forgot something at the place! We will book here in the future.

It was wonderful being back to this quaint condo. The added thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated: birthday treat for our daughter and dog care package for our four-legged fur kid. We had a wonderful stay. We love staying here when we visit Seaside…it’s quiet and has easy access to the prom and beach. Thank you Annie and Bob for helping make our Seaside getaway a special one!

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate. We never had any problems with communication and we will recommend this place to any of our friends.

Great space for my family of four. The little ones—both under five— had a great time here. We moved a few of the decorations up to higher levels for our stay to ensure everything survived our toddler tornados. The sand wash station to remove sand before entering the condo space was super convenient after visiting the beach.

The place was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay right on the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked really well. The host has a Keurig and pods to go with it. The kitchen has everything you need, and it has a really nice refrigerator/freezer.
