Our stay was fabulous!! Such a peaceful retreat within walking distance to the ocean! It was private and clean and had everything my family and I needed. I appreciate every detail and how well thought out the home and amenities are. It's especially great for kids and families. Very clean and clear instructions. Riad and Amy are gracious hosts. They were very communicative, friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on this rare gem and location!! I would have loved to have stayed longer, we didn't want to leave!!

Super comfortable with lots of attention to detail. My family with an older adult stayed at Sarah's place and it was everything we had hoped for. Aside from the distance to the beach, it's a quiet unmarked street that seems to have several full time residents. The house itself is fantastic with lots of room to spread out...watch TV in the basement with a comfortable couch and popcorn maker! Bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean and our family spread out across two floors (older adult on the 'main floor' with kitchen and living/dining room), and the kids and adults upstairs. The hot tub was a bonus, since we don't get a chance to sit in the woods in hot water very often. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a larger group (4-6 people).

Tim and Frances’s place was great we booked last minute as we had some extra people show up to a retreat we were hosting at the coast so we had to switch gears and they were very accommodating. The place is really great for 2 people or two couples or a larger family. We didn’t use the sofa beds but the beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect for a cozy yet open place with great appliances and plenty of fridge space. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend booking with them!

We went to a sticks concert at Spirit Mountain Casino, and we had a lovely time at Kim‘s place beforehand sitting outdoors, listening to the birds looking at the views and then went for a wonderful dinner at the casino. Enjoyed the concert came back at a marvelous time, everything we needed was there definitely would recommend it and definitely. We will go back if we go to any more concerts there

This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

It was a beautifully apartment with a great view of the ocean. We were there for 2 nights and unfortunately in rainy weather. But the large windows with a clear view of the ocean, made it possible for us to experience the ocean from the comfort of the living room. The beach access made it easy to step out quickly when the sun came out for a bit. The place was very clean with an ocean themed interiors. The blue flooring, mimicking the ocean, might feel a little over done. But for a short stay, it didn't hurt. The kitchen had the basics covered. You can easily drive to the nearby shops for meals. Overall we had a good time at this place!

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

It was beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and huge, and had a cool game room with ping pong and a pool table as well as free laundry (just make sure to do your laundry before leaving). The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances of home. Nice to have the beauty of nature but also feel right at home. Great place!

Jordan and Jennifer are fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Their place is beautiful and homey and always clean. We love staying here when we are in Willamina visiting family!

Absolutly Amazing place to stay! We love it there!

An excellent stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. the bed was especially comfy with enough pillows for my liking! Kitchen had all we needed. an easy, short walk to the ocean and proposal Rock. The unit had picnicking & Beach supplies and stuff for the dogs as well. for animal lovers: There was a visiting elephant seal in the water behind the unit that we could see from the patio which was a treat to see.

Tricia's condo is my favorite place to stay at the beach. The view is spectacular! There is just a short walk to the beach. The condo is a sweet little get away with everything you need for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was quiet, safe, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. Although this unit has no views to the outside from the bedrooms, views of the ocean from our living room window and balcony were incredibly lovely and we could see the sunset every night. We loved Wanda’s a few towns over for coffee and breakfast - worth the drive! We would definitely return for a visit in the future.

Another wonderful stay at The Flamingo! This is becoming our favorite place to get away and relax. The Chelan’s location can’t be beat and the views are breathtaking. And the hosts have provided so many nice touches. There are throws for snuggling up to watch the waves from the sofa, yummy-smelling toiletries in the bath, poofy pillows and linens on the bed; a visit here is like staying with a thoughtful friend. The condo feels cottage-like and homey. We will be back! Thank you, Kristin and Christi for your responsiveness and hospitality.

Super relaxing and beautiful spot, the condo's location is perfect for walks around Neskowin and a short drive to Pacific City.

My family and I only stayed one night but it was wonderful. Much bigger than we expected and a great view! Lots of amenities and well stocked. We would definitely return!

Condo was clean and what a beautiful view. Wish the weather had cooperated a bit better, but even then we could see the waves crashing and it was awesome.

Victor’s beautiful condo was exactly as described, lovely and fully outfitted inside, with a stunning full view of the ocean directly off the deck. It is the nicest beachside place I’ve stayed, everything inside was in new condition. The beautiful little kitchen had great appliances and everything I needed for basic cooking, and the bathrooms were pristine. Very nice shower, and a super comfy bed! There were lots of unobtrusive but helpful labels throughout the condo. I will definitely stay again.
