The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Very good stay with Maina, we would definitely recommend this place near Lake Major. Large house for 3, very well equipped, accessible parking not far from the house. Maina is adorable, we feel like we are in our family. She gave us recommendations from the surrounding area. Her little touches in the space are a plus. We would not hesitate to return to Maina's place, if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful, lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Particularly great are the outdoor facilities overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, grill, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the road that passes directly by the house on the other side. It's not very busy, but when it is, the cars come fast. Caution is advised with small children.

Thank you for a great stay in brunate, Carlo! The garden was an oasis for us after a visit to crowded Como! An insanely beautiful view, well-kept garden and a super equipped apartment! Everything you needed to feel comfortable, all kinds of drinks, basic amenities such as salt, pepper, coffee, olive oil and vinegar. Carlo received us very warmly and kindly. Thank you!!

A beautiful view over Lake Maggiore, friendly and very helpful hosts and a great place to stay. Except for the rainy weather, everything was really wonderful.

I stayed here for about a month and I couldn’t be happier. Alice was so responsive and incredibly helpful. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and fully equipped. I felt really safe with the key access to the street and the direct access to my car via the parking garage connected to the elevator. Very easy to walk around downtown Varese too! I will most definitely be staying again and recommending to others.
