Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. Rest and relaxation close to the university

Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to Heidenheim. Quietly located in a prime residential area with very good bus connections is our beautiful 2-room apartment plus private bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are self-evident. A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. Nice apartment in Ulmer Oststadt

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City centre 15 minutes' walk. Private access to the backyard.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
