Outside: Enjoy two terraces (south/north view of the cathedral) in a quiet location by the pony farm and Plessenteich. Perfect for nature & the city: private parking, train station (10-minute walk) & quick access to the motorway.

Beautiful renovated basement apartment on the Swabian Alb. Here you will find many hiking and excursion opportunities. The apartment is 36 square meters. Hallway with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom with TV and Wi-Fi. Please indicate in your inquiry whether you are traveling alone or as a couple. So I can make a price adjustment. The second person costs an extra 5 euros per night. At the moment there is still a construction site outside!

The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa with sleeping function in the living room (width about 1.30 m, for two adults it is a bit tight, but an adult and a child, or for 2 children it is sufficient) A staircase leads to the apartment and sit comfortably in the atrium and barbecue...

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
