Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. No smoking on the premises, please! In the area you will find numerous recreational facilities. In the neighboring village of Salzhemmendorf is the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness pool with a large sauna area. There are a variety of shopping opportunities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, gas station, indoor pool and equestrian facility. There is also a bakery directly in Hemmendorf.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

The 70 m² bright non-smoking apartment for 1-4 people with its own terrace is located at the exit of the Weser village of Albaxen. From here you can start various activities such as canoeing or mountain biking. A bedroom for 2 guests and a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. If you would also like to enjoy a wellness massage, the InTouch massage oasis SUNSPIRIT is located directly in the house.

Relax on over 100 m² of living space on the first floor of a former farm. The apartment is located in the main town of the Ottenstein plateau in the middle of the beautiful Weser Uplands! Explore the area of the plateau on well-marked hiking trails. The beautiful Weser cycle path is also very close. The nearby spa town of Bad Pyrmont or the Pied Piper town of Hameln are worth a trip. A trip to Bodenwerder (Lügenbaron von Münchhausen) is recommended.

From the living area, the bowling alley is directly accessible, two trains are available here for social hours. In addition to the two sofa beds with space for 4 people in the living room, the getaway 39 has a double bedroom. Parking facilities for several cars or packages are available. A lockable wooden cabin can be used as a bicycle shelter.

On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Here, up to 5 people can relax in three bedrooms (one bedroom is in a passage room!) of a good 100 m² from a bike ride on the Weser bike path or from a beautiful hike through the Solling. Both are only a few 100 meters (Weserradweg) and 10 km (Hochsolling) away. Restaurants and various shops are within walking distance in a few minutes.
