We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Nearby is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, as well as a river and several walking paths. A recreational area (tennis, basketball, pétanque) in the municipality. Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.

Built ecologically with its burnt wood cladding, its atypical style will not leave you indifferent. You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

Ideal for family or romantic vacations, this house at the end of the road guarantees you calm and comfort, to the song of birds, in the middle of the Périgord Vert, its natural and cultural treasures. Private access from the terrace, on the ground floor is a kitchen open to the living room dining area. Upstairs: a large bedroom for two adults (with the possibility of an extra bed for a child) and a bathroom. Gîte adjoining the house but completely independent.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
