The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern designed and fully equipped bathroom offers full comfort with a walk-in shower. In addition, you can treat yourself to a break in the garden with a cup of tea or coffee. Ideal for commuters, vacation or business travelers.

You will stay between the Rieskrater and the Ostalb. Nördlingen can be reached by car in 5-7 minutes via the new bypass road. Bopfingen is a 5-minute drive away, and Wallerstein is about 4 minutes away. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard with everything you need. You sleep like a king and enjoy breakfast on your own terrace. There are various pillows to choose from for your sleep. The 4kTV is equipped with Netflix access.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Our apartment on the upper floor offers generous space for 3 people and comprises 86 m² of living space. The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.

We rent a modern 2-room apartment (basement) on the beautiful Swabian Alb with a living area of about 50 m². The center of the apartment is the spacious living-dining area with kitchenette. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. You will also be offered a comfortable and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note that pets are not allowed.
