This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

House, located in the historic complex of Frigiliana, easily accessible. Centrally located and quiet, with great views of the countryside, integrated into the village atmosphere. Exclusively for couples who want to enjoy a comfortable and private stay. Quiet even though it's next to the town's neighbors. Electricity is included, with responsible consumption of 100Kw/week (14Kw/day). At the end of the stay, €0.30 per extra kw will be charged, in case of excess. Winter season includes 2 firewood baskets.

The location is amazing because of the panoramic views, the spaces, the seclusion and the sun of course! It's close enough to the city center for evenings out but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course, fast Wi-Fi with good coverage everywhere.

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.
