Our self-contained flat with a separate entrance and its own terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is available right in front of the flat. You are in the countryside more or less directly behind the house. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The Botanical Garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

This private 2-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Offenhausen district. You are a minute's walk from the Danube and in the middle of the Friedrichsau city park. The apartment offers a bright, fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, OLED TV, desk and a relaxation armchair.
