Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

We rent our modern furnished apartment with 40 m² of living space. We pay particular attention to hygiene and disinfect after each guest! Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Hot tub, sauna, large garden with barbecue area, beautiful location directly on the lake and much more. Here, nothing is left to be desired! The AirBNB is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would therefore like to point out in advance that there is a quiet time at night that must be observed. Likewise, noisy parties are not allowed.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

You can drive to Ulm and the science city in 15 minutes by car, and 15 minutes to Legoland. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a Panoramic view over the Swabian Alb. Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
