The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome in our apartment „kleiner Faktor“! Stylish and spacious, fine colours from Farrow&Ball, art and high-quality furnishings, floor heating, a real box-spring bed and an Italian espresso machine. Small terrace in front of the large south-facing window, another one in the back, towels made of Lusatian linen, the crockery is hand-painted Polish pottery. And all of this on 50 square metres, where even a wheelchair can be comfortably manoeuvred.

Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a little steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
