In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. You'll love the place because of the environment that balm is for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.
