In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa your holiday tyre, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the accommodation is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not a whole house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120sqm and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. Per day you pay four (plus baby) 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!

The cottage is centrally located, in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and in 20km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil quiet with animals and lots of greenery. And the Ostfriese also likes to keep a little snack;) Here you can still find idyll and warmth! Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Please note all the Corona Ordinance of the State of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of any kind until February 22. Although this is explained differently on airbnb (unfortunately incorrectly). Exclusive cottage with terrace for your own use . The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with private sauna and the south-facing terrace with great views and beach chair.
