The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Sure, the most beautiful thing we can offer you, we have received as a gift! White-blue skies, lush meadows, shady forests, high mountains and clear lakes. Pure nature! Simply fantastic.......... Whether to the Brecherspitze, to the Ankelalm, to the Bodenschneid, to Spitzingsee or to the Stockeralm, from our house you can reach everything on foot. Our house is also ideally located for skiers. All the surrounding ski resorts can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.

The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
