Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). A restaurant is in the village and for walking and relaxing everything is possible here. It is only 5 km to the A96 ramp. There is also an Edeka there. Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather mood. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
