This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The flat consists of a spacious living room with a micro kitchen, a comfortable sleeping room and a bathroom with a walk-in rainforest shower. The place is best suited for 2 guests but contains a convertible sofa that could host 1-2 additional guests. The perfect place to recharge from your visit of this exciting city!

Our duplex apartment is located in a very central location in the heart of Neukölln, one of the most exciting areas of Berlin full of cafes, bars and excellent restaurants. With 105 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples, friends or even home office (very fast Internet connection 200 Mbps) and was furnished and decorated with a lot of love. For rainy days, we have a cozy TV area with Netflix & Disney+ for you.
