Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the 2026 State Garden Show Cosy newly renovated old building apartment on the 1st floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space directly by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Our cottage is on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognised recreational area since 2010, meeting the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike rides in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for families, couples and pets. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland and Schwabenpark are also not far away! There are two bedrooms, one with a 180x200 box-spring bed and the other with a 140x200 box-spring bed. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, linens, and final cleaning are included!
