The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you will find cosy sleeping areas. Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower.
