The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, central heating, washing machine and free parking. Storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles are also available (prior arrangement necessary). McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) are only 500 m away and within easy walking distance.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.

The 41 m² apartment with its own entrance and access to the garden is attached to the main house as a granny flat and is located in a quiet residential area close to the city and shops (nearest supermarket 200 metres). Close to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. .
