Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Charming and lovingly restored farmhouse in the countryside of Franconia. Built in 1581, the Kirchenstraße (Churches Street) Haus stands with tranquility over 430 years later. It's seated next door to St. Bartholomew's Church, where the bells chime harmoniously on the 1/4 hour. Oberdachstetten is a village of 1600 with a train stop, and close proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nürnberg. The home has 5 bedrooms, for 13-9 Adults/4 kids + ultimate amenities for your respite in Germany.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Optimal starting point for bike tours or hikes in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg, Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!
