Directly across the street is the Kopfklinik. The apartment has an open space concept and high ceilings. You are welcome to use the beautiful inner garden. The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants.

In a maximum of 20 minutes you will reach your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, want to go for a walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

We have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel comfortable.

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.
