Delightful two-room apartment in an elegant building

Very nice two-room apartment near Campo Smith, in one of the most beautiful complexes in Bardonecchia equipped with a concierge, common room, equipped laundry room, children's games room,large condominium garden. The decor is delicious custom made, the kitchen is new equipped with everything, the bathroom is spacious. The bedroom has a double bed, in the living room a comfortable single sofa bed. Suitable for couples and families (possibility to add a cot). The price includes a covered parking spot and skibox.

The accommodation is in the center in a beautiful complex with a shared garden, concierge, 50 meters from the free bus stop that leads to the slopes and the train station. It is a spacious two-room apartment with a bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen separated by sliding doors, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and a large sunny terrace. It has a convenient parking space in the garage and a cellar that serves as a ski box.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator access, mountain views, ideally located, shops and restaurants at the foot of the residence. I offer you a very nice renovated apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle bus is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation in order to reach the various ski resorts close to it. The apartment is located in the city center of Modane in a very quiet area. It is also on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. In the vicinity, you have a pharmacy, a tobacco, a supermarket but also 10-15 minutes walk, the train station.
