Beautiful duplex of 50 m2 with 1 bedroom and balcony,3rd floor (no lift), in a private residence with stunning views. Private parking. Located at the foot of the Col de l 'Izoard, 5 min walk from the Serre Chevalier slopes, in the city center and close to all amenities. Ideal for skiers, cyclists and hikers. Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed. Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning is to be done before your departure! We will be delighted to welcome you. Come and relax in the great outdoors!

Our little family cocoon in La Dame Blanche - in the heart of Les Ecrins and at the foot of the Puy Saint Vincent slopes! Our little but cosy and sweet family apartment at the heart of the Ecrins in Puy-Saint-Vincent - surrounded by mountains and next to the ski area. Apartment in a unique location

This apartment (2024) is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

A spa hot tub is situated outdoors, offering a scenic view of the mountains in the background. Lush greenery and colorful flowers frame the space, creating a serene environment. The bright sky above adds to the overall tranquil setting.

In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
