Modular cottage with a main part (approx. 100 m2, 7-8 beds) on 2 levels and an independent but also connected studio (20 m2, 2-3 beds); the price can be adapted according to the parts used South-facing, very bright, large living/dining room with insert, kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove. Large wooded garden, 10 minutes from Briançon, the UNESCO city.

The Refuge

Apartment up to 6 people. This chic vacation apartment in the French Alps is equipped with all the modern comfort, but has the cozy ambiance of a traditional Alpine cottage. With a sweeping view, a Swedish wood stove, and a lovely terrace, this is an ideal home base for world-class skiing in the sprawling Serre Chevalier ski area, hiking, indulging in the historic hot-water springs at Le Monêtier-les-Bains, or exploring Ecrins National Park.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Discover the Clarée Valley and its surroundings in this comfortable apartment for 4 people, in a completely renovated character house in the heart of the historic center of Val-des-près. A natural environment that offers a multitude of activities in summer and winter. Enjoy moments of relaxation with the sauna (extra charge and by reservation), the jet pool, or the vast grounds with tables, diving boards and barbecue.

The apartment is composed of a hall, a bathroom + toilet, a living room (kitchen and sofa bed) as well as a bedroom with a baby cot. To access it, you need to go through the living room. A terrace in front of the apartment allows you to eat outside in front of the Meije. A barrier protects from the ravine but toddlers must remain under parental supervision. The apartment above is regularly occupied by the owners.
