Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

At the gates of the largest oak forest in Europe, 20 minutes from the A71, we welcome you to this chalet surrounded by the Tronçais forest, classified as a remarkable forest in 2018. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the village and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tronçais pond (leisure center with beach, supervised swimming, canoe rental, pedal boats, paddle...) you will have multiple possibilities for activities as soon as you leave the cottage!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Discover the charm of this spacious 35 m² studio, ideally located in the heart of the beautiful historic town of La Charité-sur-Loire. Nestled on a peaceful street, it combines the character of rustic decor with the modernity of a contemporary style, creating a warm and cocooning ambiance. A stone's throw away, you will find shops, restaurants and of course, the banks of the Loire for beautiful walks ;)

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
