The century old farmhouse that has been completely revitalized with an entire new HVAC system, sitting on over 50 acres with a 5-acre 22' deep spring fed lake that has is stocked with walleye, trout and perch (best eating freshwater fish) along with trophy bass. For bird watchers we have an eagle nest on the property (you must stay 100 yards away). Kayaks and canoe on the premises along with a Jon boat and diving deck for the kids.
