Holiday rentals with breakfast in New Hanover County

We absolutely LOVED this place!! It was the perfect location & such a cute place. We walked to places downtown a ton & just fell in love with the city!! They were awesome hosts & we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent 5 nights in Jeanette’s home last week, and we already cannot wait to return. The location is unbeatable (truly just steps to the beach—with a private walkway!)—and nothing can beat waking up to the oceanfront view or falling asleep to the sound of the waves. So peaceful. The home was exactly as described in the listing and was very clean. We rented the oceanfront king suite; the shared bathroom, porch, and living spaces were not an issue, and the other guests were lovely. We opted for the breakfast package and cannot recommend it enough! The food was wonderful, and we loved eating breakfast on the beautiful porch. It was a true B&B! Jeanette is a phenomenal host. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. She greeted us with cocktails when we arrived and walked us through the house and amenities (she provides beach chairs and umbrellas which is a huge plus). And Malina was also a highlight of our week! :)

I would give Greg and his place 100 stars if I could! I don’t even know where to start - his home is so incredibly well decorated and he really makes it feel like your own home too. I came down to Wilmington alone for the 70.3 Half Ironman, and it was in a perfect location being so close go downtown. Greg is the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met in my life, I truly felt so blessed to have met him and I feel like I hit the Airbnb jackpot. I was genuinely sad to leave because by the end of my stay, Greg felt like family to me. If you’re deciding on where to stay, don’t hesitate to book this place!

Jeanette is a very warm and kind hostess. She is available if you need something but also leaves you free to explore on your own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her and would recommend her to anyone!

We had a great stay at Demetria’s home. We so appreciated the amount of space we had to spread out, especially since my husband was doing a writing retreat. Plenty of room for our adult kids to join us, to set up a puzzle, cook and eat in some nights, and everyone having their own space when needed. It was a great jumping off point for everything Wilmington has to offer — shops downtown, Carolina Beach, Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy museum, and of course our favs coffee shops (one within walking distance) and Boba. Also enjoyed the art on the walls and the antique furniture pieces that gave it a cozy feel. I appreciated Demetria’s quick responses with a few questions even though she was traveling in Europe. Would definitely here stay again!

The house was located right on the Main Street of the city, which is close to everything. The house was clean and well decorated. Nice big sturdy beds and TVs in each room. Provided extra toiletries if you so happen to need some. Host was responsive and helped me locate a place for seashell hunting.

Very comfortable and great location!

This was a last minute find we had a work thing on that Saturday, and thankfully their cottage was plenty of space for us and they had room for parking for a food trailer. The Michael and Jesslyn were very nice and very responsive. If you're looking for something quiet,small, short drive to the Beach and good price this is your spot.

Wow! Where do I start…this place is amazing! First off, the pictures on here do not do it justice! I would recommend searching it on google. This b&b is extremely beautiful and right out of a movie! The room and location were perfection. However, what really stood out was the service. You will be greeted by Eppy, who will welcome you and collect any details regarding your arrival! Upon arriving, we met Angie! She is an angel! She makes you feel right at home, so warm and welcoming! The previous review about never being hungry is TRUE!! She makes a killer breakfast!! Not exaggerating whatsoever!! I could honestly keep writing about our incredible experience, fortunately there’s limited characters. If you are looking for a beautiful, magical & wonderful place to stay in Wilmington, do not look any further! You will not find anything that comes close to Angie’s!! Angie & Eppy are so special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

I had a wonderful stay! I was in the room with the private bathroom and it was perfect. The bed was comfy, the room was inviting, the bathtub was great and everything was spotless. I really appreciated all the small touches too, like filtered water, wine, snacks and homemade bagels, and toiletries. Margaritte was so nice. She went out of her way to send me links with information with things I could do. And the location is great - a short Uber ride from the airport and a short walk to cafes and restaurants and the Riverwalk. I highly recommend Margaritte's place and I am already planning another visit with my husband. I loved being in this historic area of Wilmington.

If you are considering staying here, you should definitely give it a try! We have never stayed in an Airbnb like this, but decided to give it a try and we LOVED it! The whole place is so beautifully decorated and the staff were so friendly. It was such a cozy vibe, and it was such a unique experience. The hosts were so flexible and agreed to switch weekends, when our original weekend happened to be during a hurricane. I can’t say enough about this place. The only thing I would say is that privacy is limited, since it is a bed and breakfast style, but since we only stayed one night, it didn’t really affect us too much.

What a wonderful place! The room was immaculate and the house itself is warm and inviting. Just blocks away from the river front, this home is in the best location. Oh, and the breakfasts!!!!

Beautiful historic home and comfortable accommodations close to downtown and neighborhood attractions. The hosts provided helpful hints on things to do and how to plan for them. And the breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended.
