Located in the hip and artsy Castle Street neighborhood, this 2-bed, 1-bath private suite in a historic duplex features vintage flair, modern amenities, and a menagerie of plants. Less than a block to restaurants, antique shops, and cafés. Just a short walk (10-15 min) to all downtown has to offer, and a 15 min drive to the beach. I take great pride in sharing Wilmington’s hidden gems! Perfect for weekend getaways, vacations, or extended business stays.

Have a drink on your private porch then catch a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion or Greenfield Lake. Nearby is the Castle Street District with tasty eateries and brunch! Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has been newly updated and has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We are dog friendly, but need to approve ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

You will have access to our completely private attached guest home. This space features a full kitchen, private bathroom with washer and dryer, bedroom, and a super comfy sleeper couch in the living room. Enjoy our coffee/tea bar complete with everything you need, or enjoy the complementary cereal and oatmeal that is waiting for you!

The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
