Monthly Rentals in New Lebanon

This is a 75 year old steel home. It was quite comfortable for the age and the quirky building construction. We loved it! It is a piece of history that we are glad we got to explore. It was walking distance to an ice cream place which is always a plus.

Very clean apartment. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would gladly stay again the next time we’re in Dayton.

Ms. Joani was FANTASTIC. I have nothing but good words and praise for her and how helpful she was during my PCS from HI to OH. She worked with me through multiple financial issues I had while having to pay for my new house and the Airbnb, and was always willing to extend my stay during the lengthy closing process until I was fully ready to leave. I ended up staying there for over 2 months and Ms. Joani helped me with a myriad of issues and I am forever grateful for her kindness and hospitality. 10/10 host - would highly recommend and would absolutely book with her again in a heartbeat! ❤️

The home was cozy and had ample space for our group of four. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Johnathan was very nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the Dayton area.
