Pass through French doors to access the balcony's front-and-center view of the French Quarter, perhaps with a cocktail. Living area and King bedroom are located on 2nd floor. The other two bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Laundry, wifi, cable, linens, paper products, shampoo and body wash provided. No access to garage, but guests may park blocking the driveway. My wife and I are locals and manage the property, so we are readily available for questions or needs. House Rules: RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1107 St Anthony Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 Please discard all trash & rubbish and place in the garbage can outside. Also, place soiled dishes in the dishwasher. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-ins without the consent of management. This is a NON SMOKING home. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No Additional fees will be charged if: a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. c. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in garbage cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in lockbox and unit is left locked. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur loss of deposit. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to (6) Persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday and special events. Rentals taken for less than two days, will be charged the two-night rate. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. *By Paying a Deposit, You agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

You can find large flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, ready for all of your entertainment needs. Cook and dine easily in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware and dining area available to seat eight guests or ask us for options to bring a chef to cook for you and your guests! Open the yellow front door and enter an apartment that fuses traditional architecture with a modern Parisian vibe. Wake up in a light-filled bedroom and step through the floor-to-ceiling window to the gorgeous wraparound balcony. This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. (See our complete list of the best neighborhood restaurants for more info.) A beautiful wood staircase leads upstairs to a light-filled bedroom, bath and tucked-away workspace. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. We have a separate front door that leads to our side of the house. We will be happy to answer questions and help out whenever we're around. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.

This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, huge windows, antique furniture, high ceilings, great architectural detail. Queen size bed with Casper mattress in bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 doubles as living room, with queen size, memory foam sleeper sofa. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood. Guests have private access to the apartment, as well as their private balcony. Send a text, or call, and I will respond as soon as I can. The home is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and one block from Coliseum Square Park. Stroll up Magazine St to boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, amazing architecture, and history. Free street parking usually available out front, or very near by. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available. Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
