Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Cilborth is ideally situated in the centre of Newquay with fantastic far reaching views of the sea in front with dolphins often spotted. Situated metres away from the popular Ceredigion Coastal Path. We’re less than a mile from Cei Bach and Traeth Gwyn beaches and half a mile from the Welsh Coastal Path so it truly is a walker’s paradise. You can even walk along the beach to New Quay at low tide.
