Monthly Rentals in Newbury Beach

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this house. The house was beautiful inside and very clean. It was right across the street from the beach and a great location. We love Plum Island and this was our second time in this area. Sean was an awesome host and incredibly responsive. We would definitely recommend this house and host!

Joyce’s home is comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture. 2 minutes to wildlife refuge and convenient to everything, with beautiful natural environment. I will be back.

We stayed at Emma's place for a girl's weekend and everyone LOVED it. The sweetest space that finds the perfect balance of providing you with everything you might need without it being cluttered. We found it easy to find and navigate instructions for check-in/check-out. As a group we enjoyed being able to walk along the beach and appreciated the sidewalk when we wanted to walk to Mad Martha's and Sunset Club. Incredibly easy to get an Uber if you want to grab drinks in Newburyport. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely cottage. Fun fact: My great-grandfather built a house on 58th in 1939. Very special to walk around the neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at Marianne’s house! It’s a great location and was very peaceful. Appreciated the comfy beds and the high chair that was made available for us for our daughter!
