Monthly Rentals in Newfields

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

This was my second time staying at Deb's. It is a great place with wonderful amenities and host. It is spotless and very comfortable in an excellent location. Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

I have to say, Sue and Jon were fantastic hosts - we really appreciated welcome basket of snacks and water and we really appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom as well! I loved how they had a basket of pamphlets and a list of local restaurants and cafes etc. the room was charming and cozy just as described! Would definitely recommend to all friends and family who are thinking of visiting NH. The place was SPOTLESS on top of it all. Thanks again Sue and Jon:)
