Pier 9

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Located in the Outer Bay of Islands at the base of the Blow-me-Down Mountains, this seaside escape offers both ocean and mountain views with a nautical theme inspired by over four generations of local family fishing heritage. Cozy cottage, directly downtown with a 2 minute walk to Broadway. There aren't many places in Corner Brook with an amazing view of the water and a 2 minute walk to the best sushi in Newfoundland. This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth. Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home.

We are less than 5 minute commute to the Dildo Brewery. In our community, you’ll find local bakeries and a multitude of restaurants.
