The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. A stable door opens into the kitchen/dining area which has slate floors and a large kitchen island. The sitting room is cosy and inviting with a swinging chair and a log burner. Upstairs there is a glass fronted gallery landing with two double bedrooms each with en suite. The front garden has lovely views of the farm with a seating area and parking.

Snoozy Bear Cabin- amazing walk to the beach!

Snoozy Bear is a truly unique light, warm and cosy bolthole sitting at the top of the National Trust’s Abermawr woods, it is a beautiful 15 minute walk to the stunning secluded beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach and the famous Melin Tregwynt wooden mill. A quirky converted artists studio, the Cabin has an amazing view through the Beech tree canopy across the valley.- One couple commented that they felt they were in a tree house! Light up the vintage Jotul wood burner and snuggle down!

Located in the heart of Newport with private parking; the cafes, shops, restaurants and the Parrog beach are all within very short walking distance.
