The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Located a few blocks from Hickory’s Union Square, this 1930’s bungalow offers convenient access to the Downtown shops and restaurants with the serenity and privacy of its enclosed garden yard which includes an outdoor cabana shower, patio and rock fire pit. Relax at this peaceful farm while looking from the backyard at the South Mountains. The renovated house is decorated throughout with family quilts, and antiques. Relax on the deck leading from the master bedroom or the back patio and enjoy the view. Visit the restored homestead on a guided tour where the hosts will tell you of the restoration project, ongoing. The farm produces award winning sorghum syrup and stone-ground cornmeal and grits. The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park.
