Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé en 2ème étage dans un immeuble de charme d'inspiration Art Nouveau. Il se compose d'un salon/séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre et SDB. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Nice (à deux pas de la place Massena, de la coulée verte, du vieux Nice). This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. Studio with mezzanine very well equipped dishwasher coffee machine toaster air conditioning wifi free.Situated in a pedestrian street 2 steps from the sea it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs.Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The shower room is equipped with a dryer of shower gel seviettes. The fridge has a bottle of rose de provence as a welcome gift. Two cups of coffee for the first morning.
