This is a family friendly 1st floor condo minutes from the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need on your vacation. Condo is a 15 minute walk from the closest public beach (June Decker beach) or a 3 min by car. The beautiful state park, Henderson Beach, is a 4 minute drive. Pack & play, & highchair are available for little ones. There is access to the HOA pool and a washer and dryer in unit. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack completed as of July 15 2025. * Pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2
