The log cabin was everything I would have expected a log cabin to be only with a few perks. I got in late and Massimo stayed up and waited for me to arrive! Because of people like him, I will continue to use Airbnb !!!

We spent a month at the house and it felt like home from start to finish. We had a water leak issue at one stage but the house manager was extremely responsive and the guys who came to work on it were effect, friendly and respectful. Same for the gardening, pool and cleaning staff. We really had the best time.

We absolutely loved Ruth’s house. It was beautiful, serene and very private. Having coffee on the porch and listening to the Howlers was a treat of a lifetime. Doris is the sweetest and a wonderful addition and icing on the cake. If you have the opportunity to visit Punta Islita Ruth’s house is a must. We walked to Don Ramiro’s for dinner and were treated to an exquisite meal with delicious drinks and exceptional service. We had lunch at the Punta Islita Hotel beach club which also gave us access to their lounge chairs and pool. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we’ll definitely be back.
