Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in the center of Dobbiaco in Val Pusteria, it is only 200 meters from the main square of the town but on a quiet street. Close to cross-country skiing trails, skiing, and sports area. Modern furnishings with quality materials and real wood parquet with underfloor heating. Two bedrooms with double beds, sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms with large walk-in showers and two parking spaces.

Delightful apartment recently renovated, a 5-minute walk from the center of Villabassa. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a garden. From here you can easily reach the most beautiful ski slopes, or go on excursions, in winter and summer, such as the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lake Braies. The house is located in front of the Park, with tennis courts and beautiful walks. The tourist tax is 2.50 per day per person.

Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
