Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The lovingly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two floors. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm, 25 cm mattress height) and an office with a workstation. In addition to various shopping facilities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.

Small, smart 13.5 sqm apartment: colorful, cozy and well equipped. Custom furniture uses every inch. Shops are 3 to 5 minutes away. You can park safely in the gated courtyard, and bikes are available for rides along the Main River or to nearby parks. Via B469 you reach Frankfurt Airport in about 30 minutes. Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt and Hanau are 30 to 45 minutes away. Compact, charming and surprisingly practical with outdoor space and quiet surroundings.

In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.
