Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.
