The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

It is wonderful to walk (e.g. nature reserve Verdronken Zwarte Polder) and cycle along luxury bike paths. Children can romp in the playground or on the beach. Hungry or thirsty ? Enjoy the nice beach pavilions with sea view. Start exploring picturesque villages nearby (Groede, Retranchement, ..). You will stay at 15 km from Knokke and Sluis.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

We rent out 4 connected 4-person holiday homes on our rural plot of approximately 1.5 hectares. These are fully furnished for a pleasant stay. On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

Guests enjoy free underground parking 200 m away and bike storage on-site. The luxury room is on the ground floor, with no stairs and naturally cool in summer. All major sights are within a 3–10 minute walk.
